Yulia Nikolayeva named new Kikoriki producer

30.05.2019

Yulia Nikolayeva, executive director of 4Screens, part of the Riki Group, has been appointed producer of the animated series Kikoriki. The main areas she will be working in will be strengthening the brand’s current positions and searching for new directions for development.

‘Kikoriki is a brand with many years of success behind it. Becoming part of it is a challenge and a responsibility for me,’ says Yulia Nikolayeva. ‘I see our team’s first assignment as entering into strategic partnerships and working actively with our audience of many millions.’

Kikoriki, an animated series for the whole family, has now been loved by several generations of children. The series is unlike anything else, with no counterparts in Russian or international animation, and the Kikoriki characters have remained incredibly popular in Russia and around the world for 16 years. During that time, more than 70 hours of Kikoriki animated adventures have been produced at the Petersburg Animation Studio, the series has been translated into 30 languages, and three feature-length films have been released: ‘Kikoriki. The Beginning’, ‘Kikoriki. Legend of the Golden Dragon’, and ‘Kikoriki. Déjà Vu’.
