Synopsis

Far above the earth, on an enchanted island archipelago live magical beings called the Weatherworkers who are responsible for creating the weather. The world needs all sorts of people, just like it needs rainbow and thunder, rain and snow, wind and clouds. The reasons why we need thunder, rain, snow, and clouds are explained in the educational episodes accompanying the series.
